Hi all as you may be aware the North Ayrshire junior meet is on the 5th & 6th of May at Auchenharvie .
I am looking for my squad of helpers to setup, pack up & any new helpers who wish to help (everyone is welcome).
It will be a 7pm start on Friday evening with the laptops & tables but we will probably start with the touch pads at pool side approx 8 to 9pm depending on how many general public are in swimming. The dance studio for the meals will also require to be set with tables/chairs.

Since it’s the first time we are running the timing laptops, solo, without our regular help. I was thinking that we would have someone working and someone shadowing so please volunteer for the spaces as follows:

For Sunday, please we need all the help we can possibly have to pack up. It is much appreciated and many hands make light work which allows us all to go home earlier.
